Membership on iRefr is by invitation or application only. If an existing member invites you to iRefr by sending you an invitation code you can join us right away. Or you can simply apply for membership on the website.

Yes you can apply for a job yourself but you would not be eligible for any cash rewards if you get hired.
On iRefr, you can earn rewards in 2 ways:
1. Referral rewards-You can refer your friends/colleagues to jobs posted on iRefr. On successful placement you stand to earn a cash reward.
2. Network rewards- Network rewards are cash rewards that you can earn by inviting your contacts to join iRefr as referrers. Once you invite your contacts to join iRefr as referrers, these contacts shall further invite their contacts to join iRefr as referrers and the chain shall continue. In this manner you will have your network of referrers on iRefr. If any of these referrers in your network make a successful referral you stand to earn a part of the cash reward too. Presently you earn a reward for successful referrals upto the 5th degree of your connections.

No, you cannot have more than one account on iRefr. In case you are found using more than one account on iRefr, you shall be permanently terminated from using iRefr.
You can terminate your membership with iRefr at any time. You can mail us at enquiry@irefr.com to intimate us about your choice to end your association with iRefr. We will not be able to pay you any rewards earned from referrals that are subsequently successfully placed, or from other referrers that you have introduced.
A successful referral is one where the candidate referred is employed by the hirer and remains employed for 3 months.
You can track the progress of your referrals on your My Referrals page of your account. We also suggest you keep in touch with the referred contact and stay updated on his status.
At iRefr we send relevant job alerts via email and SMS for you to refer your contacts to these jobs. Making a referral on iRefr is as easy as forwarding an email or sms.
On iRefr you can make a referral in the following ways:
1. Email Forward- You can forward the email job alert sent to you by iRefr to your contact who you think fits the job. The recipient of this email forward can access and apply for the job using the job link or the job code in the body of the email and we shall be able to track the referral back to you
2. SMS Forward- This works just the way as an email job alert. All you need to do is forward the job alert to the relevant contact and he can use the job code in the SMS to access the job and apply for it. Just like in the email forward, even with the sms forward we shall be able to track who the referrer of the job is.
3. Through iRefr website- You can log on to iRefr.com and search for jobs. If you find any jobs that you can refer to your friends/colleagues you can refer these jobs through the website as well.
No. But, you can apply directly. However there will be no rewards for direct application.
It surely will. There are so many small but able recruitment companies that have a limited geographical reach and limited clients. Collaborating with iRefr helps you overcome these impediments giving you access to clients all over the country and the best part is it doesn't hinder your existing client relationships.
Yes you can upload your candidate's resume directly but we advise you to acquire his accent before you do so. This feature is provided to quicken your referral process. So we suggest you use it with caution and do not post irrelevant candidates' resumes or resumes of candidates who are not interested in the job. If you are repeatedly found misusing the system your account would be de activated.
You can make as many referrals for a job as you wish. But we advise you to use your discretion while making referrals. A job should be referred to a contact, who you think matches the job description. In case we find that you are misusing the system, we might decide to de-activate your account.
If a candidate if referred by two referrers, the credit for the referral is given to the referrer whose job code he uses to apply for the job. In case he applies using both the job codes, then credit is given to the referrer whose job code he uses first to apply.
You can also track your network rewards on the My Referrals page of your account. You can always let us know if you hear first.
You shall be paid after the candidate has completed 3 months at your referred job
This is because we have a 'Guarantee Period' clause with the employer, that is, if a candidate quits within the stipulated time of 3 months, it shall not be termed a successful placement as hence no payment accrues to iRefr.
Once the candidate has completed 3 months you shall be paid by way of a cheque.
You can import your contact list from various email providers such as gmail, yahoo, AOL etc at a single click. And when you come across an interesting job description you can refer it to them.
No, the company will not be able to view any of your personal details.
Yes you can set your donation amount in the My Donations page of your account. You can choose to donate anything from 10% to 100% of your rewards to charity. 10% of your rewards necessarily go to charity.
Presently we are in the process of tying up with an NGO to route these charities towards child support. You shall be given a periodic update on your charity. You may also choose to change the amount towards charity for each referral.
If you do not change it, it shall be the mandatory 10%.
